Oil sump plug

Can anyone help with the size of the oil sump washer ? Also I looking to remove the baffles from my standard exhaust is it possible ?

And of course its possible to remove the baffles from a standard exhaust can.....................question is exactly how ? and perhaps more importantly why ?
