Can i fit 170 rear tyre to a h2 ?

would it cause any clearance problems or cause stability issues ? , anyone else running a 170/60/17 rear tyre ?

I've got 170/60/17 and i dont notice any problems backend wise (its been on the bike since ive owned it (Battlax

). On another note i get wheel wobble at high speed on the front tyre? any ideas anybody?

It could well be related to the larger rear tyre...
Just out of interest, can you get your knees/pegs down? When I've had a bike with a wider rear tyre the bugger just wouldn't turn whatever I did with the suspension or myself! Going to a 170 shouldn't make a massive difference, though.

Hmm could be. When it goes bald i'll get a size down. And as of yet no i havent been able to get my knees down, although where i live the roads are like fucking mountain paths and there isnt a long enough corner for me to get that far over.

glad were back on line , thanks for replies lads , just thinking of putting 170 rear on coz few on ebay for right money and it will just look fatter at the back end , also the front is a 120/60/17 , could i put a 120/70/17 on the front ?
