its just happened again ! TWICE

was in stratford sat at lights and noticed my TURN light was no longer flashing and is just on solid all the time hne i activate the indicators - i have looked at them since getting back, they are all coming on, but not flashing !

anyway i came to a stop at som etraffic lights and it just went on me, wouldnt turn over from the starter button at all, so pushed it to the pavement - luckily a guy came and gave me a bump

rode it for a good 30 miles, no worries, then came up to an island, bike was idling at 1,500 rpm, then just died again and wouldnt turn over - had to bump myself this time ! and get back home

got home, turned ignition off, then back on, tried to start with switch, and nothing, just clicking noise !

new battery ? or something worse - the indicators no longer flashing seems very odd !

hi dude, i've got a spare indicator relay if you want it? its off an L but i'd imagine it'd work providing the plugs are the same.

thanks baz - do you think that it could have anything to do with it dieings again ? or do you just think the batteries knackered ???

doubt the relay will have anything to do with it mate, more than likely the battery, did we try that spare battery i got on your bike or did it not fit? can't remember?

no didnt try the spare - have brought a battery trickle charger, should be here tomorrow, so hoping that will help !

going to try to get a new battery too - annoying thing is could have got one for cost from my old work, but its an hours drive, so not really worth it !
