I am really not happy with the bike

There is something wrong, under braking there is a knock, its hard to explain, but I have no confidence in the front watsoever, the exhaust is blowing which means I have to get that off... again. On a brighter note, the rearsets are mad, proper racey feel to the bikes position, the brakes have improved alot with new pads and braided lines.

I think the headstock may also need tightening, the steering is abit fast so that could explain the knock.

have you still got the original forks?

knocking sound could well be the head bearings not properly tightened. Could even be the front pads.

As for the quick steering, sure its just were you havent ridden it?

Wow, those tyres look fantastic :smt002

Did you get the frame checked? The front tyre looks very close to the fairing, could explain the quick steeing (not the knock).

A simple way to ckeck the frame/steering head angle is to measure the distance between wheel or axle to engine, and compair against another bike. Check that the front tyre is not hitting the oil cooler or rad as well (under heavy braking/ full front fork compression). As long as the front end doesn't get too flappy (tank slapper) on power over bumps, then just enjoy the quick steering into corners :smt002

Theres no way the front wheel can touch the radiator. The forks wern't bent either. The impact was not head on and not that fast. I will check the measurement from spindle to spindle. The front wheel has always been close.

if the steering is quick and your getting knocks under braking sounds like you havent tightened the headstock enough.

You'll have to take it out mate, the steering might just be the supercorsa on the front.
