The zxr M/c handles them fine by first impressions but I've had to take them apart and clean up the pistons and apply some red rubber grease.

Is it safe to put them back together without using some nut lock type stuff?

I fired it up today and revved it to about 10k (warm obv) I can safely say the exhaust note is one of pure sex! She screams like a virgin.

Now properly on, all bleed and the braking is awsome! Never had good brakes on the ZXR so its gonna take some getting use to! Gave it a proper clean in the glorious sun and then realised that my front wheel is on the wrong way lol. Next job is to sort out some cool exhaust hanger and get ins!

just keep on top of cleaning the calipers and washing shite off the pistons, and periodically bleed the system and they will stay perfect

Scott - great looking job with the calipers :smt004 - they look a lot better on your bike than in my garage - well done mate. Unfortunatley the powers that be up here have outlawed 6 pots on the race bike so if there is any interest I have another pair of these babies

Yeah cheers for all your help mate. Whack the calipers on ebay, they will fetch a tidy price!! Does this mean you have a spare gixxer M/c or did you always run them off the ZXR M/C?
