Its much easier with the rad completley off, however you can undo the lower fixing brackets and do it that way, with an adjustable spanner with the angled socket points you can manage it.

you'll have a lot more fun trying to get them rusty bolts of the studs! manged to snap oh so many of them!

hello all got the exhaust today i`ve fitted it but it is blowing like f**k can anyone post a pic of there micron downpipes so i can see how they fit??? our tell me the order please here is a pic Image

Find out where its blowing from, check your gaskets.

Done that mate. It was No.1 So i took all the downpipes off and put them back on. But now No.2 is blowing not as much and it sounds so much better.

can you tighten them up any more? if not use earplugs or a mp3 player. works for me! did the pipes fit into the collecter ok? i had to heat mine up and bend them to make them fit.
anything is possible with enough time and money. and an open mind...

yeah nice and easy. I will try and do it up some more but I'd put the rad back on i will try tomorrow after work

I dont use gaskets on either of my systems dude, the micron same as yours there and the beet. I dont need to have them bolted up mega tight, just nice and even.
Im not saying it right, or that you should. But it works for me ok.

yeah mate thats what i did my mate said i should have done them all nice and even. 1 turn on each nut and it has worked just need to do No.2 up a bit more. will just have to move the rad

sounds nice fella but then avvy cans always do. Wait till you acutally ride it under load will sound even nicer then

been playin loads with the bike put my K&N filter in and the bike was missfiring at about 8000RPM
so i put the stardard filter back in and it was still missing but at about 4/5000RPM so i took the filter out and just put the mesh bit that the filter sit's on back in the air box and the bike now goes like f**k. But it still need a tune as i've been told it's running to rich if it now run's ok with no air filter.
here is a vid of a slow fly by i've not got that much of a road to open it up but it does sound well NICE
