Doesnt look like anything special to me.....................I'd bet Moriwaki made bits and piece for them but not a full bike

No idea why that's listed as a F3 racer if Red Baron tested it at 54PS rear wheel 
The only thing I see " Moriwaki " about it are the tank decals and some effort to put the stripes on it
