How to adjust the front light?

Right guys, im going for an MOT soon and i dont really want it to fail on anything! So, my question today is, How can i adjust my front light to the correct measurements?

Because i know they have to point at a certain angle?

to get the correct setting you need a headlight aligner that they use for the mot anyways..............they would be really harsh to not adjust the headlight for you if it was out, as they can do whats called a 'partial fail' where they fail it but adjust it whilst doing the test and then pass it at then end............obvousily providing it doesnt fail on other stuff.
just put it in for the mot and see what happens you usually get a free retest anyways.
