ameteurs practice and train unitl they can do it, professionals practice and train until they cannot fail at it..

It's a 720p Contour HD. Can pick them up for about £150 these days. The on board audio is pretty poor though so I'm using an Olympus DS-30 with a mic in my helmet for audio.

Nice one- I'm just watching it now!
It looks like a seperate mic is the way to go to make it into a proper vblog type thingy - I'm testing a load of the cheaper cams out at the moment trying to find mounting points and capture everyday stuff.
I have to say your cam gives pretty dam good results!
