Pembrey last weekend

There seems to be more and more members appearing that are racing the ZXR400 so i've created a special section just for you to show off results, discuss meets etc etc.

Pembrey last weekend

Did my 3rd meet last weekend and had a ball! The bike had engine rebuilt and tuned, thanx to Rowan of GMS in Swansea. Bike was stupidly quick all weekend. Qualified 17th and finished 16th in final in pissing down rain with a lap time of 1:17. Well chuffed with that!!

Sunday I ran dry rear and wet front duw to drying lines, BIG mistake, lost the back end at hatchetts hairpin on 5th lap and binned it!!
Result being last on grid for final. Still managed to get a 1:13.47 lap in the final. Getting quicker but suspension needs sorting now to find at least 4 seconds more (and bigger balls :smt003 )

Thanks to ZIMM for being my pit bitch for the weekend, hope you enjoyed M8. Also thanx for the Ambulance duties for Richie.

you were going well mate, just need that shock sorting out, might be worth trying an L linkage, but it aint right whatever..

pit bitch ! lol

was a good weekend despite the weather

with a bit of luck next time i see you trackside i'll be on the grid with ya !

Richie seemed ok, (bit spaced) but his foot aint very pretty ! lol. Hope they got home ok, im sure they did, but havent heard.

Hiya fella, who did the tuning on your bike?
I am looking for someone to tune my race bike for next year.I am from Swansea so looking for someone close..
