I want to completely overhaul the cam chain and all its guides / tensioners to try and get rid of this noise ive got.
Can someone please list all the parts I am going to need to order from Cradleys, as these guys are the only oens who do it, checking online no where seems to sell stuff for the 400H really. When listing these parts if you could hint at a price (obviously I will get quotes from different places!) and whether or not it is likely it will need to be replaced, if Im doing the valve clearances while the top end is apart and the bike off the road I might as well go the whole hog and have it sorted for another 15000 miles or whatever!

You could also try www.fowlers.co.uk, they're Bristol based and will be able to get you what you need but Cradley's will offer a 10% discount to forum members if I remember correctly?
If you want to get a rough idea of prices and have a look at fiches then check out: http://www.cmsnl.com/kawasaki-zx400_model12783/
