Not easy is it you need about 4 pairs of hands.......................

What I normally do it fit each piston and conrod into the bore then lower the crankcase onto the barrel...............then put the crank into the crankcase and bolt up the conrod caps.

But of course that only works if you've got the engine completely striped

It can be done the way your trying but it takes a bit of patience

wind the crank so the middle two pistons are up, put one hand at each end of the under side of the barrels and squeeze the pistons rings just a tad to help getn them in ( chamferd bores are get aint they :excited ) then pess the barrels donw and the other two pistons will come up to meet them and guide them in as you press down, realy quite easy, you will be kicking your self once you get it ( i did lol ) should only take a minute or two once youve done it once or twice ( or if its on a rce bike 30 or more times lol )

you can also put all 4 slugs into the barrels before they are attached to the rods - then put inside slugs onto rods - again you will need a helper but this is pretty easy. :tease
