Exhaust sealant?

Where my end can joins to the downpipes (via the 3 bolt connection) there is a gap and it's blowing slightly, never really worried bout it but have my MOT booked for friday and I understand this is a fail, so do I just use some sealant on this?

mine done this when i replaced end can for mot ...so yep bit of exhaust paste then bolt it back up i think it is best to do this when exhaust is warm though , i might be wrong but give it a go it can't hurt

ive used silicone exhaust sealer previously, doesnt set rock hard and you can peel it off if need be at a latee date.

yeah ive literall taken off my aftermarket exhaust which i dont think has a baffle and is f*ckin loud and shoved on the standard exhaust, so want to be able to remove it, say, friday afternoon will buy some 2moro then

the paste is good for that, or wrap it if you can.
