H2 model cylinder probs

Hi all, I think one of my cylinders is not firing properly on my H2, have replaced plugs, but not sure how to check if all cylinders are working ok. As the power just isnt there. Please help

best bet is get a compression tester, usually about £20 (halfords or ebay)
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

start it up from cold and touch the exhaust headers one by one every few seconds .. the one that takes longest to warm up, (or doesnt) is the one thats not firing
