Racing F3 parts
I have a copy of the '91 F3 parts list (Final edition) and after comparing it to the '89 one listed on the home site I will scan it in for reference as the part numbers are different.
The 1st thing I noticed is the output is stated at 75PS on the '89 sheet, my '91 sheet puts it at 80PS @ 13,500 revs - not to be sniffed at !
Sorry, but I do not have the time to convert the Japanese into English - so if some kind sole wants to take up the challenge they are more than welcome. most can be cross referenced with the English version.
I also have hand written notes from a Kawasaki technician who worked with the Suzaka team and will ask the wife to translate them for your reference
The one thing we can't work out and I might need to mail him again is he said they used a 8:2 engine oil / kerosene (Paraffin) mix , we can't work out if that's what he stored the F3 cam's in or that's what they used Any racers are more than welcome to comment ! With removing the 2nd oil ring I believe it to be the former as the wax in the paraffin would lubricate the bore and after each race they bin the mix and start with new oil next race.......... this needs to be confirmed!!!!

Re: Racing F3 parts
Was going to go through the English one and change the necessary parts like these two sheets but the Japanese one has a lot more info in it!
Will ask the wife to do one page every few days so as not to 'iss her off to much
Wiring diagram also has a lot more components on it so will get that scanned in and type in the English for it.

How are you baz, the one on the main site is the one I had translated. I beleive the one we refer to here is the complete version of the F3 M model manual. The first two pages of which are above. I hope there is more of it, because it will included FCR's and ramair info.....cheers

Re: Racing F3 parts
Yeah it would be nice to have more translations. I also was not aware of this 80HP version, I knew only of the 400R with 75HP (which was 1991 or 1992 as far as I remember). I own a few parts from one: front forks, rear cowling, rear shock, CDI, wiring loom, rear subframe and a few more bits and pieces. I have at least made a pdf file of the JPGs posted here if anyone is interested, hope Mori Man is ok with that.
