Re: New ZXR400 - Please Kawasaki!!
Speaking of a new zxr400 kawasaki have just brought out the new 250r, nice ninja looks, looks rather perfect for a new rider... wouldnt mind one if i had 3k spare to buy, as obviously no second hand ones.

Re: New ZXR400 - Please Kawasaki!!
i think its all going to happen again. Yamaha have brought out the YZFR125 and theres a rumored Suzuki GSXR 125 Honda CBR 125 then the 250... then the 400s thing is i love the way the ZXR 400 looks and sounds. But with kawasakis new styling ermm i hope they dont ruin it if the ZXR is born again.the L got voted in the top 20 best looking bikes ever
all kawi need to do is give the Zixxer a bit more HP peferably 80hp lol. keep dreaming. i would place my order for one as soon as they announced it lol!!

With thier styling lately they will more than likely mess it up!
You, could always fit an L model body kit

Re: New ZXR400 - Please Kawasaki!!
i agree the new ZX10 may be eye poppingly fast but it kind of looks like a fly same with the R6. maybe the japanese like bugs? but it doesnt look as good as the 04 ZX10 that was a monster 171 on the back.... thats KMH by the way
isnt there already a body kit for the ZXR L the AMS one? or is that just strictly track.

Best looking bike on the market at the moment has gotta be the R1....

I'm with you on that, I've been hankering after one since the underseat exhaust model came outRedexRobB wrote:Best looking bike on the market at the moment has gotta be the R1....
Except I've seen the new blade with a race bodykit on (huge improvement over the Honda shite colour schemes) and am now hankering after that

Re: New ZXR400 - Please Kawasaki!!
Ive had a ride of the underseat model R1 was my mates, cost him 3 grand to build it up from a smashed up bike, all it needed was a frame. Really nice bike to ride! Surprisingly light but i had just got off the 7R to be fair! Brakes were sharper than ZZ top and the ride itself felt pretty damn good! Im now in debate about getting a 675 or an R1 after uni..........

errr the new blade, not a fan of the colours but the racing version looks alright.... never really been keen on the blade the 04 CBR 600/ thou were GORGEOUS! honda have sort of lost it. the R1 is just sexy. always has been always will be

Its just manufacturers trying to look different, but in doing so they are making thier bikes look bad.

Re: New ZXR400 - Please Kawasaki!!
I think you might be right there. When the first underseat R1 came out, that was great, nothing has really got my attention since. I loved the new R6 too, now if they put a thou into that package I think that may do it for me. I've never liked the blade, but the new one looks minute for a thou, and without all the road gubbins on it, it
t my attention. If I was seriously in the market for a thou the size might just make the difference. However, apparently Honda are making a completely new bike for next year, I don't follow the press so perhaps evryone else will know more about this than I do. Maybe I'll wait till then. The other problem is, the current R1 has been around for a few years now and 'could' be considered to be getting dated
Oh, and I just don't like the look of the Suzukis at all
Oh, and as for Kawasakis, since they went underseat, I don't really like them either

Re: New ZXR400 - Please Kawasaki!!
another reason to buy a yamaha, current kwak prices are falling like anything. They keep redoing the bike, so earlier year bike prices are plummeting! Depreciation or what!
