they're dangerous and easily forgotten about, my mate left his on his vmax and it nearly threw him over the bars.i've seen bikes damaged cos people have forgotten to take em off, i have one but i only use it if my bikes left for a very long time.

Re: Cyclone C11
well yeah, of course "i don't like them" is a valid excuse.
"they're dangerous and should be banned" i thought was a bit over the top.
and for the record, i've done it once with a disclock and once with a chain.
disclock was on the GS, I was late for a lecture and had just had an epic argument with my (then) gf. cost - one new speedo cable.
chain was through the rear wheel of the zxr while I was working on it and had gone in for lunch. forgot about it and decided to go for a test run. damage - one bent chain guard which I flattened out myself.
the only "danger" in each case was that I looked like a bit of a tit - and the first time there was noone around anyway.

Re: Cyclone C11
I think they have changed the fobs now as mine is tiny.
did you wire it in yourself? nearly done mine but having a little trouble finding the fuse that when taken out will stop the engine?
tried removing each one seperatly from the junction box but no luck.
