Problems with IC Ignitor

Hi all, new engine installed and everything i think is ready to go but when i push the start button, the IC Ignitor makes a buzzin sound and the rev counter moves but the engine doesnt turn over....any ideas?

First thing that comes to mind is a flat battery

yep, think that might be the problem. Also think i attached the wrong wire to the starter motor as well which didnt help. She turning over now but battery is flat so cant fire her up until battery charged
