Hi all
My radiator on my ZXR has died and I'm desperate for another one. My local garage are struggling to find anything and I've been without my bike for weeks. Can anyone help? The model year is 1999 and I've been told it's the larger curved one that I need. I've seen someone has put a ZXR 600 radiator on his early 400
Model, is this possible with the later model? Any helps is most welcome. Thanks in advance.

Thanks mate, checked it out and it's knackered with the same problem as mine. The hunt continues!

Re: ZXR 400 curved radiator
There are no other curved radiators which will fit in the L model Zxr without some considerable welding/cutting/hammering/swearing. If you find a rad in good condition for under £100 consider it a bargain...

Also when you say died what do you mean? A small hole can be packed and crimped or plugged, brackets can be mended...etc...

Re: ZXR 400 curved radiator
Not sure exactly what's wrong with mine, but my local garage have been quoted over £500 to get it fixed and £750 for a new one which is why I'm desperate to find a good condition second hand one. It's proving harder that I thought thou.

Re: ZXR 400 curved radiator
Aarons radiators (https://www.aaronradiator.co.uk/index.php?) used to do re-cores for about £300...so looks like you are being taken for a bit of a ride.
If your not too far away, and can pay my fuel costs i can gladly come over and have a look for you.
To be honest, unless you have water physically leaking from your radiator then whatever your problem is, your radiator wont be it.
Do you know what the problem is, i.e has the bike been overheating, steam coming from it, coolant overflowing from the expansion bottle etc...?
