I am down to my last kit head gasket & don't want to go back to grinding out standard ones. I can get good copies made in different thicknesses however the cost of getting a die cut is expensive. Is anyone else out there interested in using these gaskets, if enough people are interested to amortize the cost of getting a die cut I will do a run.
They will made from multi layer stainless steel with embossed compression ring & outer coating. The kit gasket allows you to relieve the barrels at the back of the valve for increased inlet & exhaust flow as per page 9 of the kit manual (http://www.zxrworld.co.uk/Manuals/zxr400r.pdf) without cutting too close to the compression ring.
I was thinking of getting them done to allow for +0.5 & +1.0mm over sized pistons without the gasket hanging in the chamber in 0.010" & 0.018" thickness. Cannot quote a cost yet as it depends on numbers but I am thinking about AU$120-150.
I will post a photo of the kit vs std gasket up soon.

MB
