help with an aprilia rs50?

i ay be getting an aprilia rs50 soon for an unresistable price. all it needs is an mot and tax. i plan on running it for a bit then giving it to my nephew for his 16th birthday. but theres a problem... im getting it from a woman i work with whos ex husband left it there 2 years ago. hes said she can do what she wants with it so she wants rid. but she has no keys :smt013 . ive read about how to change the ignition barrel but what would i do about the fuel cap? my immediate answer would be a mahoosive drill bit and a fully charged drill but is there another, more finesseful way of doing it? cheers all.

With the rs50 I believe as I had one you can jist undo the Allen bolts and it comes it with some..... Persuasion
