Thought I'd chuck some of my ongoing projects on here, in an attempt to embarass myself into working a bit harder/faster on them...
First up is my (actually technically my fiancee's) Honda CG125 BR-J. I commuted all through last winter on it, washed it about once, then in March it failed it's MOT for steering head bearings, and it's sat in the garage ever since.
TO DO LIST:
- Pull pretty much everything apart and clean the rust/salt/crud off it.
- Apply some paint to the bits of frame and swingarm that look rusty.
- Fit new rear shocks (a whole £27.00 from eBay!)
- Top end engine strip/rebuild to replace leaky cylinder base gasket and adjust rattly valve clearances. Will put in new rings as well while I'm at it.
- New chain - sadly through neglect rather than wearing out the old one.
- MOT and tax it.
So far I've taken everything apart and cleaned a few things!

Update:
- Swingarm's nice and clean and coated in hammerite. Next job is the frame.
- Engine is stripped down to the crankcase, just need to source gaskets and rings and it can go together again. Was ridiculously easy to take apart but then it is a single cylinder pushrod motor!
