1. I normally start the bike, ride it n let it warm up that way, Mori Man did a video a while ago where the oil never circulated round the clutch when on the side stand, since then I ride it start from start up but don't go nuts, 3/4miles before I pick up the pace!
2. Sounds like your throttle cable is tight/snagging
3. Keep grinning, you'll eventually get used to the face ache lol
