Re: Aiming for 75hp
theres a ram air box on ebay.
for the rest id get a shot engine and use the crank ect from that, then when its all ready itll be a simple engine swap.

Im sure the racers can tell you where to get the engine tuning done. I guess a blueprint would be a good start, polished ports and adjustable cams.
Hodson Engineering can do alot of that i think, but they are in Kent so a bit far from you!

If you want an RMKD head, then go to RMKD, he'll probably do it all for you, I haven't used him but he's certanily produced some fast bikes.AdamZXR wrote:RMKD prepared head.(skimmed, gas flowed and valves reprofiled)
Otherwise you can get it all done at Dynotech in Basingstoke.01256 881711AdamZXR wrote::- ENGINE= Balanced crank, rods and pistons with small fly wheel. 0.5mm oversized pistons.

Ebay, or keep an eye on the racing forums. But TBH, not worth the expense IMO, they'll be £350+ then plenty of Dyno time to get them set up. Can give a good power boost on a standard engine, but very little on a well tuned engine.AdamZXR wrote:33mm flat slide carbs.
Not sure, but a chap called Anthony Hayward used to do them, not sure where or what he's up to now, Simon Lowes I think knows, http://zxrworld.co.uk/zxr400oc/memberli ... file&u=215AdamZXR wrote:Superchiped CDI (rev limit raised)

Here's acheap way of getting some of it : http://www.400greybike.co.uk/forum/topi ... C_ID=70004
You don't often get oportunities like that! BTW, I don't know the bike or seller so don't know if it's any good, but the piston and rings alone cost £200 new and the SP cams cost near £500, so the engine alone at £500 is worth looking at If I was still racing I'd be there like a shot
