Re: ZXR400 6pot Tokico upgrade.
Hi,
I'm really thinking of upgrading my front calipers after seeing those awesome Tokicos... besides, my calipers are shot.
Problem is I can't seem to find the ZRX400 6 pots anywhere. Is there any other calipers out there that will just bolt straight on?
Regards
Rich

what sort of price have people payed for the spacers i got quoted £18 each for them at my local engineering place and thought it was a bit steep

thats how i'd do it too .. would take about 5 minutes with a bench drill and a tap n die set. Its only an extra 2mm diameter isnt it (?)

These all have 62mm spacing, but can't confirm which will need modded to make fit.

Can't sell you my ones as i have a new project for themthermal wrote:do you want to sell me them?

But can source you another set - if i get you the ZRX400 set you should be fine with your standard master cylinder as it was a 5/8th on mine originally. I upgraded mine to a 19mm Nissin radial which made a huge difference to the feel - my brother has just been over visiting and his comment was " F*k, that's got brakes!"
This is going to be my project bike:
