gearing for croft

There seems to be more and more members appearing that are racing the ZXR400 so i've created a special section just for you to show off results, discuss meets etc etc.

can anyone advise me on gearing they've used at croft on a zxr with standard gearbox

Hi Bobby, Can't remember off the top of my head but it's close to EF. The start finish straight's about the same as the back straight at EF (well maybe a wee bit shorter). I'd start with 14/47, should be in the right ball park.

Pretty jealous, great track layout but facilities are 5hit3 and some of the corners are a bit torn up by cars heavy braking in to them. See the North East club is running the scooter racing at the weekend too. Worth watching as it's a hoot!
