carbs jetting

There seems to be more and more members appearing that are racing the ZXR400 so i've created a special section just for you to show off results, discuss meets etc etc.

Hi there m8, on a standard engine with Ramair I was running 107.5 keihin main jets. Now with head work done I'm down to 102.5 main jets. It runs tiny bit rich top end on the dyno but felt perfect on road at the Manx GP. Hope this helps baseline wise.

Hi, every bike will be different, BUT a good starting point is air jets blocked and 108 mains, standard pilot jets and needles with the air mixture screws out 3 1/2 turns.
A drip to your local dyno is then the only way to fine tune things.

Good luck.
