Which spark plugs and top end rebuild
Hi just doing a total top end overhaul on my track bike that I've not had for long. It's an L model just wondering what spark plugs would be best to buy for track use etc. also if I'm replacing the head gasket am I best off also replacing cam chain for piece of mind? If there's anything else I need to look out for your advice would be grateful. Thanks

Hi
I was told by Dennis Trollope that NGK CR10EK are suitable for race use, I'm sure this is the number but they fit an R6.
If you aren't sure of the history then replacing the cam chain is a good idea.
