l model aftermarket airbox

just wonderin if an l model race air box will fit a h model bike,
id imagine theyd be the same but not sure,

No mate, they dont.
You can cut the edges off the sides so they fit in ( the frame sits higher compared to the L in relation to where the carbs are, if you get me).
But from experience, they dont fit nice.
Best off getting a purpose made H ramair box.
if you can get them to make you one, ask mike at dynoproracing in runcorn. They have moulds for the kit airbox for the H. Im not sure if they will have them on the shelf, as not much demand.
I used to use one on the old bike, they work very well.
