Tyre Warmers

There seems to be more and more members appearing that are racing the ZXR400 so i've created a special section just for you to show off results, discuss meets etc etc.

What ever tyre warmers you buy will have a rating.................in watts..............you need a genny with an output that can match that.

Generally you will want a 2000 watt generator. I have a Yamaha, quiet, and works well. Cheap generators are loud and annoying, get a Yamaha, Honda or equivalent model.

Yeh, I second that on the genny; you get what you pay for so as a result mine only lasted a few months and fell apart a few times in those months. :smt009

I've been using the same genny for 2 seasons now..........it powers up the caravan as well as tyre warmers it's a cheapo one bought from a guy who builds them in a shed.

Never missed a beat yet..............and as for noise......................I have a long lead :pmsl
