I'm Josh and am looking to be a 400 owner in 2014.
I'm wanting to get a later shape ZXR for my missus as an engagement present (lets face it, you cant ride a diamond ring around the IOM mountain course can you?!!)
I've had an RVF nc35 before moving on to 2000 model R6, then 96 RRT Fireblade and currently have a 99 model ZX-7R which i'm really getting on with, but will always have a soft spot for my old RVF.
Im based up in the NorthWest between Leeds and Manchester.

for starters, can you point me in the direction of:
1. factory workshop manuals
2. model history with rundown of the SP models too
3. Buyers guide/ common faults
4. recommended modifications
5. good build threads.
