Hi, ive got a H2 and its been abit of a project, but i cant seem to get the thing running right.
Now, basicly it runs on choke untill it warms up, then wont idle, but then it will suddenly tick over, run fine, and rev right through the range, no flatspots what so ever, then go back to running like a bag of spanners.
It seems to have somthing to do with the crank case breather, as i pulled that off the air box once and it suddenly ran okay, now, i had done this before and it had no effect, if i try it now, it still has no effect, it is VERY intermitent, and VERY anoying.
any suggestions?
engine itself is fine, diaphrams on carbs are all okay and ive cleaned the carb out (TWICE)
Im ashamed to admit i am a mechanic, but this thing is just darn anoying.
cheers, Steve.
h2 Wont rev up.

blocked fuel filter ?
intermittent fuel pump ? (poss relay?)
dodgy connection to one of the coils ?

tried those, and its still the same.
it seems to be when its warmed up, then it comes and goes.
I am using a test tank, perhaps its not getting through quick enough? but then it wouldnt come and go like that?
Steve.
