how much fork oil do i put in my 1997 zx7r??????
dose any one no how many ML of oil to put into each fork leg on a 1997 zx7r???thanks

mine's a P model so looking at this it seems to be 365ML per fork is that ryt masterofinsanity?????

yes if you're just changing the oil, if your stripping the forks completely then refilling its 431mm, this is taken from the zx7r manual.
