micron system to standard can exhaust adapters for zxr400

just made an adaptor for a micron 65mm slip on can to fit on a standart bolt on exhaust downpipe. im planning to make one to for a micron downpipe to a bolt on can. theyre made out of stainless steel. anyone interested let me know.

just got it from round a mates. it looks a bit rusty but thats where normal steel bolts were on it and it was left outside in the rain. other ones will be better quality as this one was just a tester.

it doesnt exactly look pretty as i had the world against me that day but it is solid and it does work. im just waiting for some metal to turn up so i can start on making one that will go on a micron pipe to fit a bolt on can. once thats sorted ill put them on ebay.

long as it works mate im sure it'll be fine. Im sure you will have better days and after doing quite a few you'll be pretty damn good at it and be knocking out top notch pieces of work

dunno, every day is bad at my place especially as they havent given us our pay rise yet!! :smt013 breach of contract... but at least i can do private jobs. ive got it figured out now i.e weld processes ect (ooh get me sounding all technical!) so they should be better! ive just got to wait for some stainless to turn up as they only deal in aluminium at work so i cant pinch any. ill put any updates on here.

i got the last post but unfortunately i cant get them polished now as the maintainence dept had a bit of an 'incident' and is now being refurbed. the best im going to be able to do is to go over it with some emery cloth and try to get it sorted that way.

polishing wise thats not a problem as thats what i do anyway, clean it up as well as you can and ill sort the rest. Just ment cleaner welds, general presentation. Looks just tack welded there and a bit blobby, not a dig, just want mine looking cleaner and more well made if you know what im saying. Start makin em nice looking and well made and there could be a deal to be had polishing em up for you
