if you have the same microns as me, then the slip on dia is 63mm not 50mm so its not a go er. I have semi same problem but not in a hurry to put my old can back on.

Re: slip on - bolt on adapter
if anyone wants to use there standard down pipes with a slip on race tin u can angle gring the flange off which the tri bolt can goes on, then u can split the exhaust n rip out the baffle then mig weld it back together . Sounds amazing

Re: slip on - bolt on adapter
I chopped the end of my old standard down pipes off, but I have just bought a new can and the mounts are triangle at 87mm hole centres, just going to have to go to a stainless supplier and burn a plate up for myself. A machine shop could easily fabricate what you want.

Re: slip on - bolt on adapter
Is there an adapter to fit over Micron Downpipes to fit a standard exhaust ?
(When i say standard i mean standard fit, I have a spare stainless race can)
Not sure i like the Micron Can, Its rather Large! Sounds quite nice, so cant complain there

If you're handy with a welder you need a plate, a drill, a piece of pipe 63mm ID, and no thicker than 1.5mm wall, and a saw. I've managed to get some stainless arc welding rods so the job doesn't rust.

Re: slip on - bolt on adapter
Got a link ?
And is that a slip on 63mm ?
Not sure I want to pay that much for an End Can, I only paid 200 for the full micron system

Re: slip on - bolt on adapter
northern andy, sounds like its blowing?
i dont think £165 is too bad for a custom can, and it will fit 63mm micron downpipes
