fitting a L single seat unit to a h2

Post by lewisdale »

hi everyone ive had no success anywhere with finding a single seat unit for a h2 so i think im just going to buy a unit for a L, now what sort of modifications would i need to do to make it fit? will it all line up ok etc? and also will my seat go onto it ok or will i need a L seat? if this is the case will the L seat butt up to the tank ok? just wanted to know beforehand so i know what im going to let myself in for if i do buy it, thanks

I dont think anyone has done it mate, not to my memory anyway. I think Jap4performance do single seat units.

Yep just checked, they do them. You need to call to get a price tho

give em a call and see, you have nothing to loose, i cant see them being much more expensive than the one for the L model. They are just made from fibreglass, L model units are about 100 quid and id imagine the H model ones are too.

I have an L model seat cowl if you're interested. Let me know if you're interested and I can see if I can get a picture together for you.

It's doing nothing in my garage so maybe £25?? I have no idea how much they're being moulded for these days.
