since buying my zxr400, it has always been a pain to start, sometime pressing the start button there was nothing then after a couple of presses it turned over but never started easily, it seemed to turn over forever but eventually started and once warmed up it was no different, a real pain anyway a few weeks later the electrics started playing up, going completely out, after looking around the only thing i could see was the female connection where the 30A main fuse plugged in was a little rusty, so cleaned it as best i could and the bike now starts every time, as soon as i touch the button it fires up with or without choke, well happy
