so, i converted my loom to race loom as per this diagram, but i am running total loss, so ignore the charging system.
When i first ran the bike up it started and ran great.
but now i have such a strange problem.
i have gone over the loom over and over again, checking solders and connectors and everything is fine, when you turn the kill switch on the bike gets power everywhere, it will turn over but not spark, NOW here's the strange bit.
If you unplug and plug the soloniod connector out and in again it will start and run fine, but you can unplug is and plug it back in again and then it wont spark.
I have plugged and unplugged it withough twisting and moving any of the wires but it still will randomly work then wont work.
When the bike is running it will work perfectly fine, i had it running all day at a teast day, then in the evening i disconnected the posetive on the battery and pushed it slightly out of the way so it wouldnt touch the battery, then in the morning, again no spark until i fiddled with it.
I cant see why or what affect the solenoid plug would have on it.
