CDI identifiction?

Post by colm »

Bit of a long shot but maybe some of the knowledgeable folk on here might be able to help.....
I've got a CDI on my zxr which has no markings/codes/serial numbers or anything on it. It has a usb port which i have tried hooking up to a laptop but nothing happens. Im guessing I need a CD to install a program but I need to find out the manufacturer of the CDI. Any ideas who might have made it???

I've attached a shite photo of the CDI

Thanks

Might be an ignitech one?
UK ZXR400 L3 (1993) - Fully restored and on the roads, my green beast!
JPN ZXR250 A2 (1990) - Revs to 19,200rpm... 'nuff said :smt003

Cheers banner001, they seem to be the most commonly used aftermarket CDI alright. I might chance trying to get a ignitech CD for it..
