Hey guys!
Noticed today that one of my dipped beams has gone on the way to work today.
Basically i'm struggling to figure out how to change it. I've taken the connection off the back and the rubber seal from around it off. I don't want to just start pulling stuff off incase I break something.
Sooooo what do I need to do next?
Cheers for any assistance!!

Re: Changing ZXR 400 Dipped Bulb
Hello and welcome to the forum.
To change the bul take off the rubber cover, repkace bulb being careful not to touch the glass, put back rubber noting the way up it needs to go, and connector.
Its fiddly but will work.

No, there's a clip that needs undoing first. It's the fairly obvious bit of metal that isn't part of the bulb. You push it in and move it either up or down from memory

you push the top right side of the brass clip (it will have a flat bit of metal you can see/feel), push that towards the front of the bike and then counter clockwise, it should then spring backwards, you can then replace the bulb.bendog66 wrote:No, there's a clip that needs undoing first. the brass clip, clips under a protrusion in the headlight housing, when you change the headlight look/feel for this protrusion, its easy to spot once you know what you are looking at.
