Hi all.
Had some running problems... think one of my coils is on it's way out, resistance across the LT spades isn't within the resistance range in the Kawasaki manual.
Looking to replace both... bought these:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... TQ:GB:1123
I cancelled before they arrived when it dawned on me that my coils, between the centres of the mounting holes, are not 100mm apart, but more like 80mm approx.
Wemoto say theirs are also 100mm apart. My bike is a 1991, an import also. According to Wemoto, and the company above, H model coils are the same, 100mm apart. Kwak dealer wants £90 per coil, doesn't know dimensions, won't allow me to not take them if I order them, and they're wrong... PUZZLED!
My bike doesn't look modified, no spare holes etc.
Any ideas?! What are the dimensions of your coils? Had a similar issue? Able to shed any light? :smt013
Thanks in advance.
Matt.

Bought and fitted CBR1100XX (Blackbird) coils in the end for future reference if anyone else has this problem. They APPEAR to work fine
