Lights appear to be lovely and bright but will then dim suddenly, then go bright again randomly and then do the same over and over. Ive checked all the connector blocks and theres no corrsion, ive even moved the wiring about to see if that does it and nothing.
Im fairly certain its the rectifier on its way out, whats your thoughts poeple?

Re: dimming lights
My rectifier did this before the bulbs blew and I had main beam only - fortunately a few miles from home.
The bulbs blowing must have been the moment the rectifier completely failed taking the fuel pump and rev gauge and most things turned on with it.
