rearsets
have just (almost) finished putting these on and making the brackets for them. any one with experience of them. or just any thoughts on how they look. will see how the red looks once panel repainted and if they fit in all good if not will get powdercoated.
made the ali bracket up for master cylinder and theres also a small face plate to expand form 50mm to 70mm.
more updates over winter.

I think the swona is a 4/2/1 init? ive got one in the garage and i think it looks different to that. Its been a while since i looked at it tho, so could be wrong!zimm wrote:stainless Beet zorst on there ?

Re: rearsets
its a 4-1 stainless as far as i know, any stamps on it to tell if swona/beet (would like to find out what it is).....beet would be nice. does need a clean up ,which it'll get. end can swona sounds good 2 inch straight thru (no baffle shite)...no BS stamp on it for mot and a little concerned? but its not stamped as not for road use either. had never heard of swona but did my research and am almost a little proud to have a piece of British history on there (albeit im kiwi....still we're all commonwealth?)
jake fancy a swap if its a 4-2-1 would much prefer?

Re: rearsets
looking at getting a vinyl in white put onto lowers to protect and also make the decals easy for removal if sold.
let me know your thoughts about the scheme.

Re: rearsets
went with this in the end.
repairing the front guard at the mo and ignore my coolant bottle. just got to shorten gear lever bottle screw on other side, refit brakes, then take apart and loctite all the screws.
