Re- Building forks

hi guys, im in the process of buying new ABE fork tubes. have stripped the forks to nothing. whats the best way to get the guide bushes in and anyone got anytips on how to do it with knackering the new tubes with a hammer or suchlike?

anyother tips would be greatly appreciated !!!
