Just changed the fork oils seals and the bloody left leg is leaking oil already ( fortunatly it has passed its mot before it started again)
there was a very small rough bit on the chrome so i smothed it down and filled it with 10 w fork oil. now do i just go get new forks or do i go for heavier oil and another set of seals?
And how much are a set of forks going to cost ?
New forks ??

You can get new fork leg stanchions from this place:
http://www.lm-spares.co.uk/acatalog/Com ... _kits.html
however your best bet would probably be a second hand set off ebay.
You have either put the seals in wrong if its leaking again, or the fork is at the end of its life, which is possible if you had to rub it down again. The oil doesnt get thin enough to get past the seals, unless they were aftermarket seals? (in which case they could be quite crap, i always get genuine parts for fork seals).
Id go the second hand route to be honest...
