Air gap and oil

Putting new fork oil in and wondered if anyone knows the air gap and what weight oil to use? We use 5w in the motocross bike forks but not sure about on a road bike? Thanks

Iirc its a measured amount of oil rather Than a measured gap.

Not off the top of my head. Check the main site under manuals section you will find it there
