Hi all,
I need to change my fork's seals on my H2 400 ZXR.
But on this model, a nut on the tube make necessary the using of a Kawasaki special tool to disasemble the fork.
Somebody here have been confronted to this problem ?
If yes, have you make a tool (and what caracteristics have you used for this tool) or what solution have you choose ?
I'm hesitating to put my fork on a garage, I prefere to make by myself all the mecanic on my bike.
Thank you for your help.
Regards, Julien.

Re: H2 Fork disasembly tool
Hi Julien,
Haven't done this job yet on my bike but come the time I will take to garage and ask them to disassenmble and I will then take the parts away and work on them.
It saves a lot of hassle with special tools that you only use once in a blue moon.
I now have a compressor so may invest in an air ratchet and do it myself
Good luck with your repair,
MM!

Nothing worse than having an H and not being able to scratch it !
