right before anyone bangs on about doing a search or look in the workshop manual, i've done a search and zilch, and the manual is for a H2. so,
what's the standard setting for damping and preload for front froks on a ZXR400H1?
before i start twiddling, i want to go to standard and work from there...
both damping adjusters seem to have 16 clicks full range, and there might be a possibility the cartridges aren't standard, but hey, lets see.
or is it a case of the forks are identical to a H2, just the fork top caps are different?
