lots of wd40 or plusgas, bit of heat and a lot of wriggling, failing that cut and drill them.
Don't forget people there is more to the zxr400 than this forum... check out www.zxrworld.co.uk also.

heat and cool............ heat and cool

Give em a good heat with a hot air gun then cool em with a good spray of WD40 or similiar repeat until they move.

If they are really stuck and won't budge you might need to cut them to get the pads out but leave enough to get a grip with vise grips (mole wrench)

I assume you have removed the R clips ? oldman

i normally drill out the caliper body to reveal the "captive" end of the pins, then drive the out with a thin drift and a BIG hammer

all done, fill the holes you just made with araldite/metal putty, and re-assemble with some copperslip to stop it happening again..

sometimes though .. they just dont come out in one piece.

Just did my rear pads ... only took 6 hours :( Ended up with a blow torch and lots of harsh language on one of the two pins! Have just ordered some Copaslip and I'll apply it over as soon as it arrives!
