hey guys i was just wondering what the difference between floating and non floating brake disks was and what our machines took?

take your disc off, place it in a bowl of water if it sinks its not floating
discs are made of carriers and rotors seperated by buttons & circlips or rivets, these are floaters, if the disc is a complete disc or rotor rivetted to a carrier then they are non floating.
eg floaters
non floaters
